This method is an open-source facilitation method developed by the LEGO group that builds on extensive research and testing. The process draws on individual and organizational theories of learning to enable engagement and reflection. Exposing existing knowledge in a fun and engaging way, workshops using this methodology can then support new knowledge development and innovation with the help of a trained facilitator.
